////////////////////////////////////////////////// نگرانی‌های جامعه جهانی در مورد برنامه‌های اتمی جمهوری اسلامی، و واكنش رژيم ايران به اين نگرانی‌ها، به وضعيتی تنش‌آور و خطرناك منجر شده است كه ثبات و صلح در خاورميانه و جهان را تهديد می‌كند.ما، به عنوان ايرانيان مسئول با گرايش‌ها و ديدگاه‌های سياسی مختلف، مايليم مواضع مشترك خود را در باره اين مسئله حياتی بين‌المللی ابراز كنيم و تفاهم بين‌المللی و حمايت از اين مواضع را بخواهيم.١ - ما قاطعانه به حق انكارناپذير مردم ايران بر دست‌آوری و بهره‌گيری از دانش و فنآوری هسته‌ای برای مقاصد صلح‌آميز اعتقاد داريم.٢ - ما گسترش سلا‌ح‌های هسته‌ای را خطر بزرگی برای صلح جهانی‌می‌دانيم، و از قرارداد منع گسترش سلاح‌های هسته‌ای و ساير ابتكارات بين‌المللی برای كنترل آن حمايت می‌كنيم. ٣ - ما سلاح‌های هسته‌ای را سلاح كشتار جمعی می‌شناسيم كه كاربرد آن‌ها اخلاقا محكوم است و به لحاظ قانونی دفاع‌ناپذير، و از همه تلاش‌های بين‌المللی در جهت خلع سلاح هسته‌ای و نابود كردن همه سلاح‌های هسته‌ای حمايت می‌كنيم.٤ - ما فعاليت‌های مخفيانه هسته‌ای جمهوری اسلامی در گذشته را محكوم می‌كنيم و خواهان شفافيت كامل برنامه‌های هسته‌ای ايران هستيم و از اين خواسته حمايت می‌كنيم.٥ - ما نسبت به اهداف واقعی رژيم ايران در برنامه‌های هسته‌ای آن بدگمانيم، و در نگرانی‌های جامعه بين‌المللی در اين مورد شريكيم. ما معتقديم كه در فقدان يك نظام دموكراتيك در ايران، و با توجه به اهداف و مقاصد اعلام‌شده جمهوری اسلامی، رژيم حاكم در جلب اعتماد جامعه بين‌المللی در مورد برنامه‌های اتمی‌اش ناتوان است. ٦ - ما معتقديم كه توقف برنامه غنی‌سازی در ايران به توانايی‌های ايران در صنايع هسته ای صدمه نخواهد زد. ايران ذخاير بزرگی از تخصص و دانش در صنايع هسته‌ای در داخل و خارج كشور دارد، و در يك ايران دموكراتيك می‌توان از اين ذخاير برای كار در يك برنامه شفاف هسته‌ای برای مقاصد صلح‌آميز بهره گرفت. ٧ - در اين شرايط و برای تخفيف نگرانی‌های‌ بين‌المللی در باره برنامه‌های اتمی ايران، ما از فراخوان اتحاديه اروپا به رهبری بريتانيا، فرانسه و آلمان برای توقف كامل برنامه غنی‌سازی در ايران به ازای تامين همه مواد و فنآوری لازم برای برنامه انرژی هسته ای حمايت می‌كنيم.٨ - ما قويا با هر نوع دخالت نظامی در ايران مخالفيم و چنين عملی را تهديدی برای دموكراسی‌در ايران و امنيت منطقه می‌دانيم، و از جامعه جهانی‌می‌خواهيم كه امكانات خود را به جای كاربرد در راهكارهای‌نظامی، از طريق اپوزيسيون دموكراسی خواه ايران برای تحول دموكراتيك در ايران به كار گيرند. ٩ - ما قاطعانه معتقديم كه تغيير دموكراتيك در ايران بهترين تضمين‌كننده حل بن‌بست جهانی در مورد برنامه هسته‌ای ايران است. ما جامعه جهانی را به حمايت از مبارزه مردم ايران برای‌دموكراسی و حقوق بشر، به عنوان وسيله حل مسئله برنامه هسته‌ای، فرا می‌خوانيم

The concerns of the international community about the nuclear programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the response by the Iranian regime to these concerns, have resulted in a tense and dangerous situation detrimental to the stability and peace in the Middle East and far beyond.We as concerned Iranians of diverse political outlooks and tendencies wish to express our common positions on this vital international issue and plead for international understanding and backing of these positions.1.We firmly believe in the inalienable right of the Iranian people to acquire and exploit nuclear technology and know-how for peaceful purposes. 2. We regard proliferation of nuclear weapons as a major threat to the world peace, and support the international Non-Proliferation Treaty and other peaceful international initiatives for controlling the spread of nuclear weapons. 3. We regard the nuclear weapons as weapons of mass destruction whose use are morally deplorable and legally indefensible, and support all international efforts for nuclear disarmament and the elimination of all nuclear weapons. 4. We condemn the clandestine nuclear activities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the past, and call for and support full transparency of Iran’s nuclear programs. 5. We are suspicious of the true aims of the Iranian regime in its nuclear program, and share the concerns of the international community in this regard. We are of the opinion that in the absence of a democratic system in Iran, and with the stated aims and intentions of the Islamic Republic, it is incapable of securing the trust of the international community in its nuclear program. 6. We are of the opinion that a halt in the enrichment program in Iran would not harm Iran’s capability in the nuclear industry. Iran has a great pool of expertise and know-how in the nuclear industry both inside and outside Iran, and in a democratic Iran these can be called upon to work on a transparent nuclear program for peaceful purposes. 7. In the circumstances and in order to alleviate the international concerns about Iran’s nuclear program, we support the call by the European Union led by Britain, France and Germany for a complete halt to the enrichment program in Iran in exchange for the supply of all necessary materials and technology for Iran’s nuclear power program. 8. We strongly oppose any military intervention in Iran and regard such action as detrimental to democracy in Iran and peace and security in the region, and plead to the world community to channel all its resources through the Iranian democratic opposition for change in Iran rather than through the military means. 9. We firmly believe that democratic change in Iran is the best guarantor for solving the international impasse over Iran’s nuclear program. We call on the international community to support the Iranian people’s campaign for democracy and human rights as a means to solve the nuclear program issue.

Die Sorge der internationalen Gemeinschaft über das nukleare Programm der Islamischen Republik Iran und die Antwort durch das iranische Regime auf diese Befürchtungen, haben zu einer spannungsgeladenen und gefährlichen Situation geführt, die die Stabilität und den Frieden im Mittleren Osten und in der Welt bedroht. Wir als verantwortungsbewusste Iraner mit unterschiedlichen politischen Ansichten und Tendenzen möchten unsere gemeinsame Position zu dieser lebenswichtigen internationalen Angelegenheit ausdrücken und setzen uns für eine internationale Verständigung und die Unterstützung für die nachfolgenden Standpunkte ein. 1. Wir glauben fest an das unübertragbare Recht der iranischen Bevölkerung, nukleare Technologie und Fachwissen für friedliche Zwecke zu erwerben und zu nutzen. 2. Wir sehen die Verbreitung von nuklearen Waffen als eine Hauptbedrohung für den Weltfrieden und unterstützen die internationalen Abkommen zur Nichtverbreitung sowie andere friedliche internationale Initiativen um die Verbreitung nuklearer Waffen zu kontrollieren. 3. Wir betrachten die nuklearen Waffen als Waffen zur Massenvernichtung, deren Anwendung moralisch beklagenswert und rechtlich nicht zu verteidigen ist, und unterstützen alle internationalen Anstrengungen zur nuklearen Abrüstung und zur Beseitigung aller nuklearen Waffen. 4. Wir verurteilen die geheimen nuklearen Aktivitäten der Islamischen Republik Iran in der Vergangenheit und fordern und unterstützen die volle Transparenz des Iranischen Nuklearprogramms. 5. Wir sind gegenüber den wirklichen Zielen des Iranischen Regimes bei seinem nuklearen Programm misstrauisch und teilen diesbezüglich die Sorge der internationalen Gemeinschaft. Wir sind der Meinung, dass es aufgrund des Fehlens eines demokratischen Systems im Iran und aufgrund der angegebenen Ziele und Absichten der Islamischen Republik unmöglich ist, das Vertrauen der Internationalen Gemeinschaft in das nukleare Programm zu sichern. 6. Wir sind der Meinung, dass ein Stopp des Programms zur Anreicherung von nuklearem Material im Iran nicht die Fähigkeiten der nuklearen Industrie im Iran schädigen würde. Der Iran hat einen großen Pool von Experten und Fachwissen in der nuklearen Industrie innerhalb und außerhalb des Irans, und in einem demokratischen Iran könnten dieser genutzt werden, um für ein transparentes nukleares Programm mit friedlichem Zweck zu arbeiten. 7. Unter diesen Umständen und um die internationale Sorge über das iranische Nuklearprogramm zu vermindern, unterstützen wir den Aufruf der Europäischen Union, angeführt von Großbritannien, Frankreich und Deutschland für einen kompletten Stopp des Programms zur Anreicherung nuklearen Materials im Iran und für die Versorgung des Irans im Gegenzug mit allen notwendigen Materialien und Technologien für eine friedliche Nutzung der Kernenergie. 8. Wir sind strikt gegen jegliche militärische Intervention im Iran und betrachten eine solche Aktion als schädlich für die Demokratie im Iran und für den Frieden und die Sicherheit in der Region, und wir appellieren an die Weltgemeinschaft, alle ihre Möglichkeiten durch die Iranische demokratische Opposition eine Veränderung im Iran herbeizuführen, auszuschöpfen und nicht militärisch vorzugehen. 9. Wir glauben fest, dass der demokratische Wandel im Iran der beste Garant ist, die international auswegslose Lage bezüglich des iranischen Nuklearprogramms zu lösen. Wir fordern die internationale Gemeinschaft auf, den Kampf der iranischen Menschen für die Demokratie und die Menschenrechte als Mittel zur Lösung des Problems des Nuklearprogramms zu unterstützen.

La preocupación internacional sobre el programa atómico del gobierno islámico de Irán y la reacción del régimen Iraní ha aumentado esta preocupación en oriente medio y en el mundo entero, Nosotros como el Pueblo responsable Iraní divulgamos nuestro sincero deseo de la paz y respetar los derechos internacionales y rechazar todos los actos del régimen actual de IRAN A continuación les detallo las opciones: 1- El uso de la energía atómica en fines pacíficos e energéticos es un derecho del pueblo Iraní. 2- El pueblo Iraní rechaza rotundamente el desarrollo de las armas nucleares de destrucción masiva y apoya las normativas internacionales de prohibición de armas de destrucción masiva. 3- El pueblo Iraní reconoce que el armamento nuclear es un armamento de destrucción masiva y apoya el rechazo internacional de prohibir y no de proliferación de dicho armamento por parte de ningún país. 4-El pueblo Iraní condena las actividades ocultas anteriores y posteriores del régimen islamista y desea la aclaración de las actividades realizadas en el país en el seno internacional. 5- El pueblo Iraní no cree en los fines nucleares pacíficos del gobierno islámico de Irán y se ve tan afectado como el resto del mundo y sabe que el gobierno actual no puede conseguir ningún apoyo internacional para poder seguir desarrollando su programa nuclear. 6- El pueblo Iraní esta convencido que la paralización de programas nuclear no perjudica actualmente las necesidades del pueblo y que se puedan continuar el conocimiento y desarrollo de energía atómica bajo un gobierno democrático y responsable 7- El pueblo Iraní ofrece su apoyo incondicional a llamamiento del conjunto Europeo compuesto por Inglaterra, Francia, e Alemania para paralización completa de las programas nucleares del gobierno Iraní. 8- El pueblo Iraní rechaza rotundamente cualquier intervención militar a IRAN ya que lo considera una amenaza para la democracia en Irán y peligrar la situación regional y pide a todos los medios internacionales apoyar a la oposición en vez de planear un ataque militar. 9- El pueblo iraní esta convencido del cambio de gobierno actual y sabe que solo con democracia se solucionara el problema nuclear en Irán y pide a todas las naciones el apoyo al pueblo Iraní para conseguir la democracia, derechos humanos, etc.
